We ran the Concept Hackathon in Tallinn with 30 top-level employees from across the Baltics. The participants were divided into 2 teams - team production & team market. After giving the teams their specific tasks we mentored them to drive tangible results.
The “team market” was tasked in figuring out how to build the leanest, most innovative water production company, while “team market” worked on building a clear number 1 water business in the Baltic.
Each team got a chance to experiment with new tools and techniques, thinking about the business like entrepreneurs and sharing their learnings with the rest of the team.
At the end of the 10 hours, together we had uncovered the biggest opportunities for improving the Neptunas water business.
How? By aligning the demand and the supply side, and developing a clear business concept as an input for the next 3-5 year of Neptunas business planning.
